Dahl-Howse

All Emme has been talking about latley has been a

Dahl-Howse.

Her big cousin Ruby has a dollhouse and Emme is infatuated with it!

I never thought she'd be interested this early,

but she is.

And she talks about it 

all

day

long.

So I have been scouring craigslist and garage sales to try and find one for her birthday.

Well...I think I got a great steal! 

I found a nice big one, just like her cousins,

with a TON of furniture.

After looking into dollhouses, it's not necesarily the dollhosue that is expensieve.

but the furniture!

You'll never guess how much I got it for...

TEN DOLLARS!
I get so excited over a good bargain!

I tell Phil even if we have enough money one day,

I never want to pay full price for anything -- 

it's too much fun finding a good deal!

The night Phil picked it up from craigslist he and I sat and arranged all the pieces 

as we cleaned them.

Loserrrrs.

I filmed her reaction and it is just the cutest thing ever.

It came at the perfect time because we have been potty-training this week and it has been 

giving us LOTS to do inside.

I love you my sweet Emme girl.

I hope you never learn how to pronounce it correctly,
